Top 3 Most Affordable Professional Email Signature Software

Hey, guys. It's Annie Margarita Yang. Everyone knows that I love to save money. Not only do I love to save money on a personal level, but I also love to save business owners a lot of money.

Today, I want to go over the lowest cost options for professional email signatures for a business of any size:

·        1 employee

·        5 employees

·        10 employees

·        25 employees

·        50 employees

·        75 employees

·        100 employees

I'm going to show you just how much money you could save by actually analyzing and comparison shopping before you make a decision that's subscription-based.

You're going to see in today's examples that the most expensive option for each tier could be 12 times more expensive than the cheapest option!

Why Everyone Needs Professional Email Signatures

Before I go into those solutions though, I really want to convince people who don't already have a professional email signature to get one. If you don't already have a professional email signature, I really want to convince you to do it.

Here's a real-life experience that I actually had.

There was a company I worked for where I had told the business owner for a very long time to get professional and consistent email signatures for everyone on the team. Consistency is really important for branding.

He ignored my suggestions for several months. The owner never sign off his emails with his name. And he created a culture where none of my coworkers signed their emails with their name either. They literally closed their emails with, "Sincerely [Company Name Here] Team."

You would email the company and you had no idea who you were talking to when they emailed back.

Heck, even I had no idea who I was talking to when my coworkers emailed me from the team email.

I would respond back with, “Hi [Insert three names of people I could be talking to].”

One day, a customer walked in with a complaint and wanted to talk to the manager. My coworker manning the front desk said the manager wasn’t in. Then the customer complained to her about how she’s been emailing repeatedly for several weeks and never got any emails back answering her questions.

The problem with allowing employees to be anonymous when they're sending their emails is that it encourages them to write unprofessional emails. It also encourages them to not respond to people quickly. Worse, sometimes they might not respond to emails at all.

This unresponsiveness caused the customer to say, "I feel like I'm talking into a black hole."

In response, my coworker actually said, "You're complaining to me, but I actually don't work for this company that you're complaining about. There are two companies sharing this space and I work for the other company."

My coworker was lying through her teeth. She actually did work for the company that the customer was complaining about. But because she was allowed to be anonymous in her emails, no one had any idea they were actually talking to her half the time. As a result, she thought she could get away with this rude behavior.

That's why I believe professional email signatures are extremely important.

Why You Need To Use Email Signature Software

If you're the manager of a company or business owner, it's not enough for you to simply tell your employees to write their full name in their signature. There's just no quality control.

Instead, keep the signatures consistent across every employee by using a software that centralizes everything in one place. With the click of a button, you can change the design of everyone's signature at once. The only thing that changes is the actual content.

Using a software makes it easy for you to control the actual information that is required from each employee, such as:

·        Full name

·        Job title

·        Phone number

·        Email address

·        Office address

·        Mailing address

Basically, nobody can get away with missing contact information. That's the reason why I encourage business owners and managers to use software.

The Cost Analysis

As with all my cost analyses, I Googled “professional email signatures” and compiled a list of the companies in the first two pages of search results into an Excel sheet. I decided to analyze what the lowest cost options were for teams of 1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 75, and 100 users and pulled the prices from their websites.

Here are the results:

As you can see, from the 25 user count all the way up to 100 users, the best option is signature.email because they offer a flat $199 a year subscription for up to 250 employees. All the other companies charge per user.

I want you to take a look at the analysis for 100 users.

At 100 users, the cheapest option is signature.email at $199.

But the most expensive option for 100 users is WiseStamp, charging $2/month per user with no discount as you increase users. For a business with 100 employees, that ends up being $2,400/year.

When you do the math, that's a difference of 12 times between the cheapest and the most expensive option.

Part of running a highly profitable business entails keeping your costs low. This is just one example of how mapping out the costs between different companies can save you thousands of dollars.

If you haven’t already implemented a professional email signature software, be sure to check out the cheapest options in my analysis first.

If you’re already using one, just curious, how much are you paying now?
